1. Holy Trinity Parish is an ethnic (Polish) community. For this reason all who wish to be members of our community (parishioners) have to register in the parish.
2. Every family registered in the parish  should have "Parish Book." It is a document which confirms your membership in the parish (being a parishioner) and also fulfilling your obligations toward the parish.
3. Every person after reaching age of 18 should register in the parish and to have his or her own "Parish Book."
4. You should bring your "Parish Book" to the Parish Office when you come to request baptism, First Communion, confirmation, sacrament of marriage, funeral, and also to pay your annual parish dues.
5. If you do not have a "Parish Book" please fill registration form and send or bring it to the Parish Office. New parishioners are also asked to fill this form.
